Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Dear members, welcome to the Tây Ninh Innovation and Startup Ecosystem ("Tây Ninh Startup Hub"). Before using our website and services, please carefully read the terms in this Service Usage Agreement ("Agreement").

This Agreement includes terms and conditions regarding the use of services provided by Tây Ninh Startup Hub. The Agreement will govern and apply to all users ("You", or legal entities, organizations, enterprises you represent) accessing and using our services. User roles include but are not limited to: Startup, Investor, Support Organization, Enterprise, Mentor.

By completing registration and/or continuing to use the platform, we understand that you fully agree to the terms in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any terms, you must immediately cease using the service. We reserve the right to modify and supplement the content of this Agreement at any time.

2. Member Account

  1. Registration and Approval: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information when registering an account. All new accounts must go through a review and approval process by the Tây Ninh Startup Hub management team to ensure quality and suitability of the ecosystem. We have full authority to accept or reject registration applications without stating reasons.
  2. Account Security: You are responsible for securing your password and account information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account name.

3. Activity Rules and Responsibilities of Parties

  1. Role of Tây Ninh Startup Hub: We operate as an intermediary platform connecting members in the ecosystem. We are not a party to any agreement between Startups and Investors, or between other members. We are not responsible for the authenticity of information provided by users, the results of negotiations, or investment transactions.
  2. Startup Responsibilities: Provide truthful information about projects, teams, and business situations. Do not post misleading, fraudulent information or violate intellectual property rights.
  3. Investor and Mentor Responsibilities: Comply with information security regulations for projects accessed through the platform. Interact with Startups professionally and in good faith.

4. User Content

You own and are responsible for all information, data, text, images ("Content") that you upload to the platform. However, by uploading Content, you grant Tây Ninh Startup Hub the right to use, display, and distribute that Content within the scope necessary to operate and promote the platform.

5. Service Termination

We have the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your account if we detect that you violate any terms in this Agreement.
